Mobile Banking Registration Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS TO ADD A DEVICE AND COMPLETE DEVICE ACTIVATION

1. Navigate to the Digital Banking Login on the First Kentucky website or app.
2. Enter your Username and Password and click or tap the “Sign In” button.
3. Click on “Manage Profile” online or tap “Profile” in the app.
4. Click or tap on “Phone” under “Contact Settings.”
5. Click or tap “+Add new mobile device.”
6. Enter your Phone Number, Nickname, select your device type and click or tap “Add Device.”
7. The Device Setup Complete message will appear.
8. Click or tap “View new device.”
9. Click or tap the “SMS” button under “Send Verification Code via.”
10. You will receive a Verification Code text message. Enter the Verification Code from the text message into the “Verification Code” field within Digital Banking and click or tap “Verify Device.”
11. You may now turn on SMS Text Banking and SMS Text Alerts for your verified device.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ENABLE SMS TEXT BANKING

1. Navigate to the Digital Banking Login on the First Kentucky website or app.
2. Enter your Username and Password and click or tap the “Sign In” button.
3. Click on “Manage Profile” online or tap “Profile” in the app.
4. Click or tap on “Phone” under “Contact Settings.”
5. Click or tap the verified device you wish to enable for SMS Text Banking.
6. Click or tap the “SMS Text Banking” bar.
7. Locate the account you wish to setup for SMS Text Banking and click or tap the “Off” button to the right of the account to turn SMS Text Banking to “On” for that account.
8. Click or tap “Get Help and view all available commands here” for a list of SMS Text Banking commands.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ENABLE SMS TEXT ALERTS

1. Navigate to the Digital Banking Login on the First Kentucky website or app.
2. Enter your Username and Password and click or tap the “Sign In” button.
3. Click on “Manage Profile” online or tap “Profile” in the app.
4. Click or tap on “Phone” under “Contact Settings.”
5. Click or tap the verified device you wish to enable for SMS Text Alerts.
6. Click or tap the “Off” button to turn SMS Text Alerts to “On.”
7. Click or tap “Turn On” to confirm you would like to turn SMS Text Alerts on.
8. Click or tap on “Manage Alerts” in the Digital Banking Menu.
9. Click or tap the “+” to the right of My Alerts.
10. Select the type of alert you wish to enable.
11. Select the account you wish to receive the alert for.
12. Select the Alert Type, Name and how you wish to receive the alert.
13. Click or tap “Create.”
14. The Success screen will display and you may choose to set up another alert or close.

INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL THE IPHONE APP

1. Open the App Store on your IPhone.
2. Search for 1st Kentucky Bank.
3. Install the app, then tap to open it.
4. To log in, enter your digital banking Username and Password.

INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL THE ANDROID APP

1. Open Google Play on your phone.
2. Search for 1st Kentucky Bank.
3. Install the app, then tap to open it.
4. To log in, enter your digital banking Username and Password.
