Bereavement:
The bank will grant paid time off in the event of a death of a family member.
Jury Duty:
Employees will be paid at their regular rate of pay for those hours or days missed due to jury duty.
Holidays:
It is the policy of this Bank to observe approved Federal Reserve holidays each year as may be determined by the management or required by law. Eligible employees will be given a day off with pay for each holiday observed.
